Train and learn traditional Muay Thai, jump in ring for some friendly play sparring, shoot some hoops or just kick back and listen to some live reggae and enjoy the Brazilian BBQ

Time- Please arrive 9:30am ready for a 10am start, we will wrap up around 2pm or so!
Bring your own training gear or everything you need can be purchased from the WOTM Gift Shop on the day
